Presentation on "Awaken the Healing" memorial monument at UWSP. 
  • Ray Reser, Ph,D., will begin the presentation with an outline of the deep history of Native presence in Portage County and the responsibility of fully recognizing and honoring our collective pasts.
  • Karen Ann Hoffman will discuss how the mural project developed
  • Artist, Christopher Sweet, will discuss the art and interpretation of "Awaken the Healing".
Annual meeting following the presentation including salad potluck dinner.
